This package will give you more options for oxygen attachments from your ceiling outlet. Mount the block to the wall (requires two screws, not included), attach one end of the hose to your ceiling outlet and the other to the top fitting of the block. Then connect the included flowmeter and Ohmeda adapter to the side fittings on the block, or anything else you’d like that has a DISS connector (additional hose, etc).
