Amico V-X-HNDL-LOK-USV-25 Isolation Valve Locking Device

The Valve is a 3 piece ball-type design with a bronze body and chrome plated brass ball for sizes 1/2 inches to 2 inches. Seats are Teflon (TFE) and seals Viton. A blow-out proof stem is used and the valve has a minimum pressure rating of 600psi [4,137 kPa]. Valves are operated by a lever-type handle requiring only a quarter turn from a fully open position to a fully closed position.

Valves are designed in such a manner that it can be swungout during installation so as to prevent damage due to heat transfer during the brazing operation.

Each valve assembly is washed and degreased for medical gas service. The valve is supplied in a sealed plastic bag to prevent contamination prior to installation.

NOTE: Padlock NOT supplied.  A 9/32″ (7.1 mm) O.D. padlock is recommended for device to operate correctly.
