Beacon Medaes 4107206451 Shut-off Valve Assembly 1 1/2″
Shut off valve is full port, double seal, ball type three-piece design with bronze/brass body and chrome plated brass ball. Only 1/4 turn of the handle is required to operate the valve from open to closed position. All valves are serviceable in the line and supplied clean and prepared for oxygen service. Color-coded gas identification labels provided with each valve. Valves are oxygen cleaned, capped, and poly-bagged per CGA G-4.1. Each polyethylene bag is labeled with CGA G-4.1 conformance. Valve handle includes locking mechanism.
DESIGN:
Valves are designed for a maximum working pressure of 600 psig WOG or vacuum service to 29″ Hg. Valve body is reinforced PTFE ball seat and reinforced PTFE stem seals, and include a blowout proof stem. Seats/seals, lubricants and valve material are compatible with USP oxygen, N2O, medical air, carbon dioxide, helium, argon, nitrogen and mixtures thereof at continuous pressure up to 600 psig and up to 100° F. Valves are provided with type K copper tube extensions for making connections to the pipeline. Valves conform to MSS SP-110. Type K copper tube extensions conform to ASTM B88, UNS No. C12200, and H58 temper.
